The company has invested RMB 280 million in a 20,000-square-meter modern industrial park, comprising two standardized production workshops, a dedicated R&D building, and an employee activity center. Our fully intelligent, automated manufacturing base is equipped with high-precision equipment to ensure stable mass-production capacity, efficient bulk manufacturing, and fast order fulfillment.

• SMT Workshop: The SMT workshop operates 3 high-speed automatic production lines for high-precision component mounting, paired with real-time AOI solder joint inspection equipment, achieving a daily placement capacity of 1.5 million components to handle large orders.
• DIP Post-Soldering Workshop: The DIP post-soldering workshop uses lead-free wave soldering and automatic depaneling machines to guarantee stable, reliable performance of core circuit boards.
• Injection Molding Workshop: The injection molding workshop features 12 intelligent molding machines with an annual output of 1 million high-precision electronic housings, maintaining dimensional tolerances strictly within 0.05mm.
• Screen Printing Workshop: Six fully automatic screen printing machines support high-definition logo and functional printing, meeting ISO 4B ink adhesion standards, which enhance product appearance and service life.
• Assembly & Packaging Workshop: The assembly and packaging workshop adopts ESOP electronic standard work instructions for visually standardized operation, achieving a daily finished goods output of 5,000 units to ensure efficient, on-time delivery.
